Haute Caviar Company fully guarantees all its products for freshness and quality. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the ice packs are not cold and partially frozen, please send us a message on the site, so that we can immediately replace your product or credit your account. We appreciate your business and are committed to the best service we can provide.
We do not accept returns after the product has been sampled or otherwise eaten by the customer. Notifications regarding issues must be received on the day of arrival.
