Shipping perishable goods overnight via UPS or Fedex next day service 

We offer shipping via Priority Overnight to the continental United States.

(Please e-mail us to inquire about Alaska & Hawaii!).

We DO NOT ship the same day and our shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend, so the destination, shipping method, and day + time of check out all impact when your order will arrive. Please read below carefully so you know when to expect your order.

Shipping Schedule
If you place your order before the 10 AM pst cutoff time on:

• Monday - orders ship Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
• Tuesday - orders ship Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
• Wednesday - orders ship Thursday for Friday delivery.
• Placing orders Friday, Saturday or Sunday - orders ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.

*We do not ship overnight on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy
Haute Caviar Company fully guarantees all its products for freshness and quality. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the ice packs are not cold and partially frozen, please send us a message on the site, so that we can immediately replace your product or credit your account. We appreciate your business and are committed to the best service we can provide.

We do not accept returns after the product has been sampled or otherwise eaten by the customer.
